So I've been working on these Assassins for some time now, but I've really enjoyed painting them and I would go so far as to say that they are some of the best work I have ever done, particularly with regards to the Eversor. The Callidus completes the Execution force and I'm going to get some pictures of them all together before I get these sent off and I'll post them up at some point :). But for now here's the finished Callidus for you to feast on.
Peace out,
Rob
Beautifully done, man! Though it's a bit of an unwieldy sculpt, I honestly really like the sense of motion that it has. You've done a cracking job on her!
ReplyDeleteA really tricky sculpt to be honest, its openness made me acutely aware of every choice I made as they are all so clear to see, glad you like :)
DeleteThe poor thing will never get a cover save, but she looks great doing it!
ReplyDeleteJust lie her down :P
DeleteReally well done, pity it isn't a great sculpt though.
ReplyDeleteI do think they could have done something more like the eversor with most of the assassins but hey ho!
DeleteAwesome job, made it look like she's in motion, well done! :)
ReplyDeleteEspecially like the details in the fluids-chamber of the gun.
I have enjoyed perfecting those sorts of areas recently, good for other commissions too ;)
DeleteAwesome stuff Rob. Need to see the group hug/photo!
ReplyDeleteHUG OF DEATH!
DeleteNot so much. Spoiler alert, but their first game did not go well ;)
DeleteGreat job, second the call for a group shot
ReplyDeleteAll group shot now (that damn vindicare probably)
