Nurgley Wurgley Woo - Special Characters and Plague Burst Crawler

The rot god says hi,


Just a quick look at some special characters and an additional plague burst crawler I painted recently. Coming up on Monday we will actually have some RAVENWING!! My goodness, the times we live in.

All the Nurgle special characters are really delightful sculpts, the Tallyman in particular, who has yet to be painted is festooned with delicious detail and some adorable nurglings to boot. I am on the final stretch with this force and indeed with the Ravenwing.

    Nice look, very Blanche-ian and gross, perfect for DG. I think I would have put the blood splatter lower on the Plagueburst Crawler's Dozer blade, like it ran someone over, but that's a minor point.

      Aye, I only noticed that when I put the pictures up and then they were delivered! The others have lower blood splatter though, I think I will take my gore with me when I visit winters next and correct that.

    Excellent stuff mate, especially the blood splatter on the plague burst crawler, it's not easy to get an effect like that, I know!

      Frequently make myself dizzy blowing the blood around! I also may have ruined a poor pillow that got caught in the crossfire :/
