More Deathwing - Lightning Claws Done

Hi Gang,

Just a few quick photos of some Deathwing lightning claw terminators for a commission piece. Still the bases to properly do, but they will be batch done for all of them at once. Scrolls still need work as well but that's about it.

So on with the march I go! Should have another 4 of these done this week I hope, as well as finishing the shields off from my Emperor's Children assault squad.

Peace out,

Rob

  1. Looking great Rob. Pity you got rid of all your Dark Angels stuff, as a unit of these guys would have fit right in.

    1. Yeah I did think the Deathwing would be much harder to paint for me tbh! But I'm all out of 40k now, even the Death Company as you'll see... These make me want to paint 30k deathguard though, which I think you've suggested before to me

  2. Looking good there Rob, how much of the commission is left to do? the models for my first arrived last night, now I just need to get the paints I don't have to complete the scheme!

Look forward to seeing how you get on mate :)

  5. They look great, and the client is buzzing (it's not me btw) and is looking forward to having a game after many years, fighting my Relictors if I leave the Grav Centurions and Devs at home... fluffy games are the name of the game, so no super competitive lists.
